Hiromi Shinya, MD, is one of the world's leading gastroenterologists whose book The Enzyme Factor has sold millions of copies in the United States, Japan and other countries. He pioneered the Shinya Technique, the now-standard procedure for the removal of polyps from the colon without invasive surgery. Over a career of 40 years Dr. Shinya has treated thousands of patients. It has been his routine to get diet and nutrition histories from his patients and, by comparing this with the evidence of their colonoscopies, has developed a set of lifestyle and diet suggestions that will enable us to live a vital, healthy life into a good old age. This he has named the Shinya Biozyme.
Dr. Jeffrey W. Noah is the President of NewZyme Incorporated, a nutritional and Supplement Company dedicated to following the dietary and nutritional practices of Dr. Hiromi Shinya, MD.

Dr. Noah is a native of Alamance County North Carolina and has maintained a private practice in Burlington, North Carolina since 1983. Dr. Noah attended Tulsa University and Elon College and has a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. Dr. Noah received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Noah is a member of the International Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association, the ICA Council on Fitness, the North Carolina Chiropractic Association, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the American College of Sports Medicine. Dr. Noah has had extensive postgraduate training in the diagnosis and treatment of whiplash injury. He has received advanced certification in the treatment of cervical related injuries through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego and Life Chiropractic College West. Dr. Noah is also certified by the National College of Chiropractic to render disability evaluation and physical impairment ratings.
